The Underwriting and Credit ML Engineering team builds the engineering systems and integrates ML solutions that are responsible for all credit decisions where Block advances funds or provides liquidity to consumers through Cash App and Afterpay. We support millions of customers through products like Cash App Borrow and Afterpay Buy Now Pay Later.
I'm looking for an experienced engineer that is able to provide team-wide technical leadership as we scale our products. Specifically, I'm looking for experience in:
* large-scale systems work such as migrations, monolith decompositions, etc.
* working with ML infrastructure such as feature stores, decision systems, etc.
* GenAI tooling and productivity
